FOUNDERS

Bert Ayling (left) and Angus Tuck (centre) formed Growers Services Pty Ltd in late 1946 on a location between Barmera and Cobdogla on the Sturt Highway, for the Sales and Service of International Harvester Co. products.
The old International Company has disappeared but the same continuing products live on being produced by J.I.Case.
Over the years various car agencies were held until 1968 when we obtained the Datsun franchise, later changing their name to Nissan. As the Company grew we added the Kubota tractor franchise. The business expanded to Berri and Renmark and more recently Loxton before the original Barmera location was closed and sold.
